Fences built right, from the first post to the last board.
Maraman Property Management is a family-owned and operated fence company based in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. We build fence for homes, farms and businesses across Louisville and the surrounding counties, about an hour in every direction.
We take every job from start to finish. The crew that measures your yard is the crew that builds your fence.
Why Kentucky Trusts Maraman
How We Work
Free Estimate
Corey walks the property, measures and gives you a clear price.
Permits & 811
We handle any permit (needed in KY over 6 ft) and call 811 so utility lines are marked.
Installation
Usually about two weeks after the estimate. Posts set in concrete or driven, depending on the soil.
Walkthrough
We clean up, walk the line with you, and back the job with a 1-year warranty.
Our Promise
1-Year Warranty
Every install comes with a 1-year warranty. As new wood dries, if a board bows, we come back and replace it.
Licensed & Insured
We're fully licensed and insured, so you're covered from the first post hole to the final walkthrough.
